During my recent stay at Poggio del Sole, I found it to be the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience, nestled in the breathtaking Umbrian countryside. The apartments are spacious, equipped with kitchens, which is a delightful feature for families or anyone who enjoys cooking, and a wonderful way to incorporate local produce into meals. The outdoor pool, surrounded by lovely gardens, offered a peaceful escape, though we were slightly hampered by the weather during our visit. The hosts, Enrico and Anna, were exceptionally warm and attentive, providing us with invaluable local tips that truly enhanced our experience. Breakfast, featuring an array of local delights, was a highlight and a fantastic way to start each day. the child-friendly facilities and ample outdoor space made it an ideal destination for families. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway that offers both relaxation and the opportunity to explore the beautiful region, I wholeheartedly recommend Poggio del Sole. I certainly plan on returning with my family, and of course, my two dogs will be joining the adventure!
